Shaun Rawcliffe is the Chief Instructor of the 'Midlands Wing Chun Kuen' based in and around Birmingham, West Midlands (UK) and is one of only eighteen Wing Chun Instructors in the world (one of only three in the UK), certified as an Instructor and representative by Wing Chun's Grandmaster, Ip Chun.

COMBAT martial arts magazine has twice awarded Sifu Rawcliffe with Hall of Fame awards. Sifu Rawcliffe currently holds Instructors and members certification with all the worlds leading Wing Chun authorities both in the UK and Hong Kong:

• Certified Instructor with the Ip Chun Wing Chun Martial Arts Association
• Certified in Ip Man Wing Chun under the tutelage of Grand Master Ip Chun

"I enjoy my teaching and training, and I love the Wing Chun system. I want to see it taught correctly and passed on accurately and so I run small classes of students who have been invited to join upon completion of an introductory series of lessons. Because I do not teach for a living I do not have to worry about the size of the class or the numbers of students, I can therefore concentrate on passing across the Wing Chun skills."
